Every year my family looks forward to school supply lists. Not only is it fun to shop for cool pencils, crayons and more with your kids, but it’s also a great time for us to go a bit further and help our child’s classroom get what they need. We pick up extra packages of room items like wipes, slide-lock bags, tissues and a host of other things. The better prepared our child’s classroom is – the better prepared he will be each day while he learns. We don’t pay admission fees or tuition, so this is our way of helping out in small, but important ways. Every little bit helps.
Another way we help year round is with Box Tops from Walmart. This is an even easier way to help our school. We’re already at the store, we’re buying groceries for our home – why not use some of our purchases can help provide cash assistance where our child needs it the most: his classroom. And, with Walmart’s bonus Box Top program, we can help 5x more.

How Do Box Tops Work?
Wait… you mean I can clip these little tabs and it will provide cold, hard cash for my child’s school? Yes indeed! For every single Box Top you provide to your school, they will receive $0.10 (ten cents). We clip all summer and year long – it really adds up! And, if you purchase a BONUS Box Top product at Walmart – each Box Top is worth $0.50 (fifty cents). With hundreds of Box Tops products available – there are plenty of chances you can help your school EVERY time you shop, and it only takes a few minutes of your day.

Box Tops for Education is one of America’s largest school earnings loyalty programs and has over 80,000 k-8 schools that participate. It’s no wonder since it’s so EASY to help. And, the parents, grandparents, friends and neighbors who help you collect Box Tops can rest assured that every penny is being used the way your school benefits the most. Why? Because each month your school sends off the collected Box Tops and then received a check for cash they have complete control over. They can easily use it for everything from school supplies to field trip fees.

A Great Way For Kids To Help Themselves & Others
Box Tops for Education is not only a great way to help your school, but your kids can help as well. My children love to help at the store – finding their favorite Box Top foods and even spotting products before I can – and clipping the Box Tops at home. They feel proud knowing they are helping provide for the school they love, and I feel proud knowing my children are learning how to give to others.
