Ingredients
- 1/4 CUP Whole-blossom loose chamomile tea, deeply steeped
- 1 CUP Almond milk
- 1/4 CUP Water
- 2 TBS raw cashews (texture)
- 1 Ripe Banana, 1/2 sliced and frozen
- 1 CUP Ice
- 1 TSP Cinnamon
- 1 TSP Agave syrup
Directions
- Steep chamomile tea for at least 5-10 minutes, leave some chamomile flowers for garnish. Stick in the fridge to cool for ten minutes.
- Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth and frothy.
- Serve in a chilled glass and garnish with dainty chamomile blossoms Serve immediately.
