Body Shop Scents of the Season {gift guide}

By -

The holidays are exciting, happy, joyful…and tiring. All of the preparation, parties and more can take a toll on you; mentally and physically. One of my favorite ways to unwind and relax is in the bathtub. I love soaking in a delicious smell and then spending a few extra minutes applying a sweet smelling moisturizer. I usually feel like a new woman.

The Body Shop, the one stop shop for all your good smell needs, has a new line called Scents of the Season available now. Imagine bringing your favorite winter holiday scents into your private den of relaxation (aka the bathroom – you moms understand). Experience all the holidays have to offer (your nose) in fluffy body butters, sparkling bath salts, festive hand soaps and more.

The Cranberry Joy Body Butter ($19.00) is a delight. Soft, silky and oh so delicious. It offers the fresh scent of cranberry while giving you up to 24 hours of deep hydration. It’s a limited edition item that will leave you wanting the entire set.

Another ‘not to miss’ Body Shop limited edition item is the Ginger Sparkle Bath Crystals ($20.00). The crystals have a pretty sparkle to them and, when they dissolve into the water, they offer an invigorating (and hunger inducing) gingerbread smell. I especially liked that the scent stayed on my skin for several hours after my bath….even if it led to my husband asking me to make cookies.

Both the Cranberry Joy and the Ginger Sparkle are available in several different products and gift sets. A third scent, Vanilla Bliss, rounds out this holiday happiness trio.
