The wind is getting a chill lately, do you feel it? I don’t know what happened to fall, but winter is already on the way. What I Love: The foam really does just come to life (not in a creepy, zombie-foam way though!) and it only takes a few seconds longer than my usual brew to have a specialty coffee right in my own kitchen. The flavors are mild and match very closely to the cafe drinks I’ve had at coffee shops.
What I’d Love to See Improved: Definitely more varieties. I’m partial to dark coffees, so I’d enjoy a foamed Columbian roast. Maybe even a dessert flavor like Pecan Torte…oh can you imagine? Also, I had to add a bit of sugar to my Cafe brews. They are lightly sweetened so they’re probably perfect for most coffee lovers, but I like my coffee sweet so I keep my sugar bowl on hand.
I like adding caramel syrup to the Caramel Macchiatto for a special afternoon treat. You can try chocolate shavings on the Mocha Latte or cinnamon on your Cappuccino. These coffees are so quick that you’ll have plenty of time to experiment.
