Using the magnetic strap, secure them around the handles of your cardio equipment (treadmill, elliptical, spin bike, stepper, etc) where you normally place your hands. Login to your Goji Play 2 app on your device, follow the short syncing directions on your screen, and you’re ready to go.

Get Ready For Games
Goji Play offers a full menu of video games that you can interact with while you exercise. You’ll find games for every age, fitness level and gaming preference. So how is this different from just playing a game or watching a video on your device?
First off is the controllers, of course. Dodge, move, jump and more right from your exercise equipment hand grips. But, the truly interactive aspect comes from your own movement. Your Goji Play controllers not only know when you’re moving, but also at what intensity. You use your workout force and/or speed to help control many of the games. Fisticuffs is a great example of keeping your body moving, and it also turned out to be my favorite Goji Play 2 game.

Not only do I need to concentrate on the controllers to dodge and punch, but if I slow down my run then my character’s performance suffers as well. Feel like stopping? Game over – you’re getting knocked out. I found myself running longer and harder JUST so I could win my next match.
