There are two things always present in our home: coffee and tea. I’m the coffee drinker and my husband is the tea drinker (I do sneak his tea once in a while). My husband tends to seek out fruity, unique flavors for his tea and always sweetens with honey. When I shared these delicious Honey Ridge Farms honey cremes with him – he was like a kid in a candy shop.

Founded in 2004, Honey Ridge Farms is located in Brush Prairie, WA. A family owned and operated business, they are a long line of bee keepers going back five generations. Dedicated to offering only all-natural, premium honey – they obtain their ingredients from local artisan beekeepers in several states. Honey Ridge Farms also donates a portion of profits (from their balsamic vinegar) to help fund research that promotes bee colony health.

Honey Ridge Farms offers three varieties of honey from the Pacific Northwest – Wild Blackberry, Star Thistle and Pumpkin Blossom. California varieties include Black Button Sage and Orange Blossom.

This Honey Creme Gift Set  ($18.49) comes with 4 different honey creme flavors: Apricot, Blackberry, Lemon and Raspberry. Using the finest honey from the Pacific Northwest, these honey cremes are ready for use in your favorite tea, to spread on your morning toast, to mix in with your favorite honey recipes and more. My husband loves the Apricot creme, especially with his morning orange tea. I prefer a thick spoonful of the Lemon Creme spread on my morning bagel with creme cheese (it tastes just like lemon pie). Other times I use the Raspberry on raisin toast – delicious! We also don’t have to refrigerate them so they are always soft and ready to use any time.

Honey Ridge Farms also offers glazes, sauces and a variety of  Balsamic & Assorted Honey Vinegar.

  1. Yum! I love honey but I don’t think I’ve ever tried flavored honey! I bet the Blackberry and Apricot flavored honey taste delicious on warm toasted bread :)
