As soon as I removed the HP ENVY X2 from its box, I was impressed by the style. Unlike the rounded, glossy black options offered by other models, the ENVY X2 is sleek and stylish. The tablet is cased in aluminum with a matte brushed finish while the keyboard unit offers the high end feel of faux suede in Biscotti Tan (shown in this article) or Moonstone Grey. The metal and base colors compliment each other well and banish any worries you may have about the unit appearing plastic or cheap.
Perk: With the touch of a button, the ENVY X2 offers a backlit keyboard feature for typing in reduced light at no additional upgrade fee.
