5. Eligibility: Giveaways are open to US Residents 18 years and older at time of entry. One winner per household, per giveaway.
6. Odds: Odds of winning depend on the number of qualified entries received. Purchase of a product from sponsor company will not improve odds of winning.
7. Prize Details: Prizes and gift code amounts vary according to giveaway and are updated on the giveaway page at the start of each giveaway. No prize substitution allowed by winner. Prizes are not transferable. All Federal, State, and local taxes on prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winner must provide full name and contact email address to claim prize. Some giveaways which include additional product prizes may require the winner to also provide a U.S. mailing address and phone number for shipping.
8. Prize Delivery: Amazon gift codes are sent via the Amazon service by RemakingJune staff to the email provided by the entrant at time of entry. Product or other additional prizes, if included in giveaway, are shipped directly from the listed sponsor company unless otherwise noted on the giveaway form. The owner of this site is not responsible for additional prizes not delivered from the sponsor company, delivered damaged or delivered in an untimely manner. If the winner has an issue with the quality and/or condition of a product prize won in addition to the gift code, they are required to contact the sponsor company directly to find resolution.
If a winner does not receive their gift code within 5 business days or a sponsored additional prize within 5 weeks, the winner may contact this host site and request assistance.

9. Drawing: Winner(s) are selected at random by Gleam.io / Winners will be notified via the email they used during entry and may additionally be notified via Twitter in some cases.
For giveaways that include additional sponsored prizes: a winner may be required to reply to the notification email and provide their mailing address and phone number in order to claim their prize. Winner will have 48 hours to send their claim reply and shipping information. If reply and shipping information is not received within 48 hours of notification, a new winner will be drawn. Please ensure that [email protected] is on your email safe list. Email replies sent after the 48 hour claim period will not be accepted.
10. List of Winners: Winners of each giveaway will be listed on the original giveaway entry form until a new giveaway begins, at which time a new form will be used and the winner’s names can be viewed on the winner list, linked on the giveaway page. Email notification will be sent only to the giveaway winner. All winners are notified within 7 days of contest end. Emails requesting winner name or other information about the contest results will not receive a reply due to time constraints.
11. Sponsor: If there is a business sponsor for the giveaway they will be listed in the giveaway article and on the giveaway entry form.
