Moment of truth: My husband likes to cook even more than I do. I joke often about sharing his recipes with my readers and, one day, he said, “Go ahead.” And that’s how #WhenDaddyCooks was born. I’m excited to showcase his creations from time to time (when it’s not a super top secret recipe, of course). First up is his newest ‘accident’ that we devoured only a few days ago: Peanut Butter Cup Cheesecake
No Bake Peanut Butter Cup Cheesecake #WhenDaddyCooks
Ingredients
- 1½ cup graham cracker crumbs
- ⅓ cup white sugar
- 8 oz cream cheese
- ½ cup whipped cream
- ¾ cup creamy peanut butter - melted
- 1½ cups chocolate graham cracker crumbs
- 4 - 6 tablespoons butter - softened
Instructions
- Mix softened butter and chocolate graham cracker crumbs
- Press into a 9" pie plate and place in the refrigerator to chill
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until completely blended
- Fold in whipped cream
- Pour cream cheese mixture into chilled pie crust and place back in refrigerator
- Let chill for 2 hours
- Melt peanut butter and add to regular graham cracker crumbs
- Blend by hand until crumbled, but NOT smooth
- Cover chilled pie with peanut butter / graham mixture
- Place back in refrigerator and chill until served
