All my bags are packed I’m ready to go….Cause I’m leavin’ on a jet plane… ok. I do a horrible John Denver. But I just can’t contain my excitement – I’m heading to Los Angeles for the Disney Planes Premier and Little Mermaid special event! I’ll be scopin’ out the scene with 24 other totally fab bloggers August 4th (that’s tomorrow!) through the 6th. We’ve got a laundry list of amazingly awesome things to do – and 3 days to do them! Bring it on.
So what’s the plan, Stan? Planes, mermaids, ice queens and puppies…. it’s 4 events in one!

I have to tell you… I’m a little jazzed. I lived just outside of L.A. for a while before moving to the Northeast and I haven’t been on the West coast since. I’m looking forward to the sunshine (and hopefully the sushi!). I’ve got my cool, old school Little Mermaid shirt and the classic ‘little black dress’ ready to go!
But where are you staying? In the streets? Under the Hollywood sign? Luckily NO. You know how I ramble when I’m rested – imagine me trying to type after a night of shivering under news papers and rattling my tin cup to get coffee money donations.
We’ll be camped out like a super slumber party at the Hollywood Roosevelt. (and by ‘super slumber party’ I mean waving goodnight to everyone as I crawl into my bed, half in my pajamas, thinking I really shouldn’t have eaten the second dessert and wishing I wasn’t so old…)

I will definitely be curling up in one of those awesome basket chair things to read and sip cocktails for an hour. I’m a party animal, people.
